Editorial policy

Tradiely publishes practical landscaping guidance for Australian homeowners. We aim to make every claim traceable, locally relevant and clear about its limits.

AI-assisted drafting

Some guides use AI-assisted drafting. New automated articles are published only after machine checks confirm the assigned topic, location, service, current-year context for cost guides, approved internal links, minimum depth, duplicate-content threshold and the pre-verified evidence pack. This process is not a substitute for advice from a licensed contractor, council or other relevant authority.

Official sources

New guides must cite at least two exact URLs that Tradiely checked before generation. Source metadata records the publisher, check date, supported claim scope and known limitations. Unapproved external links and stale evidence are blocked from automatic publication.

Pricing and cost claims

Government guidance often explains licences, permits and consumer rights but does not establish private market rates. New evidence-first guides do not publish a dollar range without a structured source that supports that exact market claim. Until sufficient first-party quote data exists, new cost guides explain scope, access, materials, approvals and how to compare itemised written quotes instead of inventing an average. Older guides that have not yet met this standard are labelled as under review and kept out of the search sitemap until refreshed or withdrawn.

Authors, updates and local checks

Automated guides are attributed to the Tradiely Editorial Team as an organisation, not to a fictional person. Each article shows its publication and research context. Homeowners should still confirm current council rules, licence requirements and written quotes for their property and scope of work.

Corrections

If a source changes or a factual, location or link error is identified, Tradiely will correct, consolidate or withdraw the affected guide. Please send the article URL and supporting detail to support@tradiely.net.
