I have had a terrible experience with this company. We bought our pump through them and the installation cost 4 times what was quoted due to a poor technician handling the job. They didn’t install our new pump properly and it is now leaking, making sounds it shouldn’t and turning itself off. They did not respond when I informed them of the problem other than suggesting I fix it myself or call a plumber. They have been consistently unhelpful, expensive and unresponsive. I would not recommend them to anyone.
