Sareen Stone — Outdoor Paving in Artarmon, NSW

We are currently renovating our apartment and I honestly can’t praise Lisa Tursley the Client Relations Manager, at Sareen Stone Artarmon enough. She has been a massive help with selecting the porcelain and natural stone tiles for our main bathroom and outdoor balcony. What really stood out was Lisa’s eye for what actually looks good and how different materials work together. She has a great sense of what will stand the test of time and what won't, which gave us so much confidence. She really listened to what we wanted but provided smart suggestions to ensure the finished product was timeless with a luxury modern feel. Crucially, Lisa managed to work within our budget while still achieving a result that looks and feels incredibly high-end. The work is still being completed, but it’s all coming together so well that we can’t wait for the finished project to show off the results. If you’re heading into the Artarmon showroom, definitely ask for Lisa.

I first came across Sareen Stone on the ArchiPro website as I loved the look of their stone in a number of projects online. They have a great range and are brilliant to deal with. Have picked up a number of tiles to make sure they look good insitu! Highly recommend Sareen Stone.

Very satisfied with products and service from Sareen Stone for our recent extensive renovation project. We were probably at the "picky and demanding" end of the customer spectrum but Angie plus other Sareen Stone staff were unfailingly helpful in finding our way through the maze. We started out sourcing just Summit quartzite stone cladding from Sareen Stone for a newly built chimney/fireplace surround. Our aim was to achieve an old french farmhouse look and we couldn't be happier with the result. Based on that success we ordered more Summit stone and clad a brick feature wall plus two sets of gateposts, all of which we think look fabulous. At the same time we encountered a series of disastrous mistakes/wrong deliveries/broken product from Amber Tiles and eventually cancelled our orders with Amber in favour of sourcing the same products through Sareen Stone instead. The Travertine floor and wall tiles plus a custom limestone slab were all delivered as per order with no fuss or problems and at reasonable price. All-in-all our experience with Sareen Stone was outstanding and I can highly recommend them. Angie in particular was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Her product knowledge is very strong which is so different to the many sales people in the industry who really don't know much about what they are selling; and sometimes don't care, making up or guessing answers to customers' questions. By contrast, Angie has extensive and impressive experience in the industry, has visited suppliers' quarries, factories etc in Australia and overseas and truly knows what she is talking about. Just as importantly, she knows what she doesn't know and is not afraid of admitting if she doesn't know and then following up with suppliers to find out answers. Angie was always responsive to our (unending) queries, creative in thinking up alternatives/options to solve problems, genuinely enthusiastic about our project and happy for us when it turned out so successfully. Great products, service and an overall customer experience.
