Today I had my first cryotherapy session with Talia. I was a little nervous beforehand as I do not like feeling cold but Talia immediately put me at ease. She explained how it worked and what to expect.I really enjoyed my session, she has a calming effect and always a big smile. Thanks again Talia! I would highly recommend PH clinic.

I went in for colonic hydrotherapy and walked away not only feeling physically lighter and clearer, but also deeply cared for and supported on every level. Mel is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and nurturing. She creates a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you instantly feel at ease. Her warm and grounded energy helped me relax from the very beginning, and she explained the entire process in such a calm and reassuring way that any nerves I had quickly disappeared. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at pH Clinic from the beginning. The whole team is very welcoming and eager to answer any questions you may have. We had four colonic hydrotherapy sessions, two with Claire and two with Mel, both were great. Mel is an exceptional staff member who shares our passion for health. The sessions were not only incredible effective but also deeply personal and supportive. We couldn't have wished for a more understanding colonics therapist. Mel's genuine enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge made each session pleasant, as she provided invaluable tips and insights. My first visit to the clinic was a fantastic experience. The amazing staff made me feel very welcome. The therapist was really good during and after my treatment. Been going here for the infared saunas and I love them. Nothing better than sitting in a Sauna when the winter mornings have been so cold and knowing how beneficial it is for you at the same time. I'm finding the 45 min session works best for me as the other programs were that bit too short. It has helped tremendously with a few of my old niggling injuries and has worked very well clearing toxins out of my system. I Highly recommend it. The location is pretty central in Manly and the staff are happy and helpful.
