I love this store BUT there are a couple of staff on duty when you enter or leave who have extremely bad customer relations skills. It is possible to ask to see inside a customer's bag NICELY. Yes, madam and sir, you have the RIGHT to do so. It is part of yor job. But, is it so difficult to be just a little civil?

I had a great experience with the Bunnings Balgowlah team. From placing the order to delivery, everything was exceptional. Greg from the Special orders desk not only helped locate my order but also went above and beyond by assisting with getting my heavy items delivered to my car. Outstanding service!

Outstanding service from Special Orders team, specifically, Amin. Attentive, patient and most importantly, willing to understand rather complicated circumstances related to a replacement of carpet cleaner water tank, which I purchased via the Bunnings Special Orders. His perseverance, timely and courteous communication resulted in outstanding outcome to us, well beyond our expectations.

Great selection of goods! Could use a greater variety of fake plants and flowers, but otherwise has all the basics you’ll need! Super lovely staff.
