Great rendering materials at fair prices and excellent service. Like going back in time and having family like personalized customer svc. Sam, the owner is a legend! Knows more than most and has a great personality. Still works the forklift.

Horrible customer service. The man who picked up constantly swore under his breath and sighed after each request. I asked if there was any problem and he yelled over the phone saying that he could not hear. He should not run the business like this and every customer must be aware of the terrible service that you can expect. Owner needs to change for the better. A one star review is very generous.

All the time I make the call to place orders, their customer service is very rude. I request to send the tax invoice/receipt so many times via email but I never get it. Hope they could improve their services.
