Ausflow — Irrigation in Balmain, NSW

I had an issue that I raised with Ausflow that was taken seriously and promptly resolved

Poor stakeholder management. Ask Sydney Water's Customer Advocate if you don't believe a random Google review from an unknown person. Undertook weeks of work next to hundreds of apartments with rockbreakers, scraping gravel in the back of dump trucks, concrete mixers, concrete vibrators, loud excavators, banging and crashing and workmen yelling all night. No notification given to residents prior to, nor during the works, and no communication how long the works would take. They also gave Sydney Water and the local Council the runaround. Works could easily have been done in daylight hours as local busineses requiring vehicular access could still have been given access. They will refute this but one neighbour has many photos showing it's true. Personally can't think of any worse contractor to have on a job, and I've worked on building sites all my life.

We hired Ausflow for pegout report. It has been one year since we had the report. I called them this morning for details. The lady is very helpful. I am very happy with the service. Sorry I forgot to ask the lady's name but very much appreciate her help.

We highly recommend Richie and his team at Ausflow! From initial quotation they did a follow up and were very patient in detailing all the works involved. Furthermore, great transparency with the whole team from start of project to completion. Reliable and went above and beyond on site! If you need a solid team and high quality work these are your guys.

Ausflow has to be the only plumbing service who actually give 2 cents about the customer and will help to suit the customers needs without the stress. I was left with a sewer problem by the previous scumbag owner at our new home. I rang and spoke to about 13 plumbers. 4 with over 35 years experience. 1 of them supposedly an engineer. Not one of the plumbers I called or came to site came back and not one even wanted to help or give me advice on what to do. Some will say yep I’ll call u back, some will promise but no help. I was told that ausflow will be the best one to talk to, which I did. Even without accepting any work, Andras went above and beyond to help me with organising a solution straight away. He is very quick at replying to emails. He got me onto Richie to assist in the project and both have been awesome. They are about to quote and get an application submitted to begin the work. The next day I have the quotation, an easier and cost effective solution for my problem which I have been stressed about for the last 2 months and haven’t slept properly over so I’m greatfull for ausflow and wish I knew about them from day one. Credits go to Andras & Richie from ausflow for helping with all this. I will leave another review on the completion of the job. They deserve 10 Stars.
