They also cleaned everything up afterwards. The crew worked quickly, quietly, and very professionally. In under two hours, our backyard was completely transformed — brighter, tidier, and far more pleasant. From the initial inquiry to the final clean-up, our experience with Bruce was absolutely outstanding. All works were done meticulously, from pruning, removing a large palm tree to cleaning up and finally the stump grinding work on the following day. Such a great experience! Bruce arrived on time for quotation, and was easy to talk with regarding what was needed. He gave me great advice which I followed up on. He and the team arrived at 7am on Saturday morning. All the guys were lovely and courteous, and the job was excellent. All debris was cleaned up and removed from the site on completion. Bruce was the only arborist out of the 8 quotes we got, who thought ‘outside the box’ to remove a huge dead, blue gum! This benefited us, his clients and Bruce and his team to get the job done in a safe and efficient manner over 2 days.
