Hussein corrected and rebuilt a retaining wall and fence on our boundary. Out of all the landscapers and quoters he fast stood out as the most knowledgeable, systematic problem solver who was invested in personalised options and ideas to resolve the boundary issue. Apart from the excellent quality of work his team provided, he was an outstanding communicator between neighbours. The experience with Backyards Matter is the only reason we now have a strong new boundary and privacy. No query was too small, all our concerns were explored and explained, and he was very respectful and patient. As clients we felt very important and that we definitely got value for our money.
