I contacted Daniel in a panic over the weekend when our brand new dining table became unsteady when we moved it. I was concerned about the safety of the table with my young kids at home, and Daniel moved some jobs around so he could fix it at 8am on Monday - I was so relieved! When Daniel arrived, he inspected the table and informed us the reason it was unsteady was because it hadn’t been installed properly and was missing parts! He suggested we contact the store to have it rectified, and left without charging us despite the fact he’d adjusted his schedule to accommodate my urgent request. Very kind, and he even followed up with some useful information about the missing parts to share with the store. Appreciate your honesty Daniel - we will definitely be using you next time we have a carpentry job! :-)
