Our property in Allambie Heights needed a "refresh". Andrew and his landscaping team transformed my front garden into a coastal look to deal with the hot sun and be low maintenance. I'm sure this project is small compared to many others but they took the time in agreeing to plant selection and scaled the project accordingly. Double checked we were satisfied. Very professional. We're looking at another project to provide privacy screening in my back garden as well. 100% Customer Service Guys :)

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. On the surface they present themselves as professional, but my experience revealed a very different side. There were repeated attempts to inflate charges at the end of the job, including fabricated claims for progress payments that were never part of the original contract. Credits that had already been agreed were quietly removed or altered in their statements, and despite being asked multiple times for a proper final invoice with itemised credits and receipts, they refused to provide one. Defects were left unresolved while they pursued aggressive demands for payment, even trying to reframe unapproved extras as contractual entitlements. These tactics are not only unprofessional, they border on Fradulent.

We're 80% of the way through our project, but I wanted to leave a review of our experience so far and will update my review with photos at the end of the project. Landart are the most professional organisation I've ever worked with, not just personally, but throughout my career too. They're highly experienced, very detailed and nothing is missed, all well organised, things are neat and tidy, contractors and materials turn up like magic. All the team members are lovely, friendly, helpful, courteous and extremely experienced. The quality of the work is unmatched. They work hard, and show up early every day, and have not missed a single day despite the rain we've had this month. They throw up a tarp or work in raincoats and just find a way to make it work. Their work ethic is incredible. It's evident that they've got landscaping design, construction + project management down to a fine art. We're really impressed with everything they've done, from design through to project management and execution. We can't wait to see our new backyard and pool. Thank you so much to everyone who has been part of this project to date.

Matt and Louis did an outstanding full landscaping job at our new home in Cumbalum, NSW Northern Rivers region. They were always committed and willing to go the extra-mile to excel our expectations. My wife and I were already living in the house during their 3-month works, but there was never a major nuisance or disruption. From kick-off till completion everything ran seamlessly, even in face of complex extra items like the assembly of a gazebo and an outdoor sauna unit. Matt coordinated himself the works of all third party services (electricity, plumbing, fencing,...), preserving our peace of mind. Landart services are faily priced, at market level. Not unusual in such projects, the schedule was disrupted by weather conditions, and I did spend more than I expected, but alternatives were always offered, and it was ultimately our well-informed decision to proceed. Landart presented transparent records and invoices. We definitely recommend Landart services in the Northern Rivers area, under Matt Lake`s co-ordination.

Great service by the design team in my initial phase of property design & construct for my inner west home. I wasn't sure how much of my wish list could be included in the design and the team overdelivered with a space and design truly meeting me and my daughters needs & wants. Highly recommend.
