Very good customer service and a wide range of tiles to choose from

Came here to try and get samples to buy tiles. One sales rep on, gave us dirty looks instead of offering to help or saying she’d be with us in a minute. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Will be taking our money elsewhere.

I received a late afternoon phone call from the builder advising me the tiler needed 2 more boxes by the next morning. I phoned Lisa late in the afternoon, explained my situation and she had the order all sorted and ready for me to pick up in the morning. She was so very helpful and a pleasure dealing with.

Needed some outdoor tiles in a hurry. Stopped by Amber Store. The girl who served me gave fantastic service, was knowledgeable and we got the job done. Lots of tiles to choose from
