From quote to comlting the job customer service was great. We had 2 zones added to an existing sytem along with maintenance and repair on the existing system. All the work was completed in a day, professionally and with the garden left so you would hardly know they were there. Thoroughly recommended.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Michael has been amazing from day one. He spent 2hrs on-site planning the whole project before giving a quote not knowing that he will even get the job. Michael and his team had to come multiple times to accomodate the delays caused by my landscaper. Very knowledgable, professional, reasonably priced, quality work and on-time. Might not be able to always answer his phone as he might be on a job but very promptly responds to SMS messages. You can't go wrong with Real irrigation.

Excellent customer service. We requested Micheal to quote us for our front & backyard, very reasonably priced and the quality material used for top notch. All his team members were very polite went extra mile to complete the job. The after installation service was very good, Ben was excellent and exceed exceptions.
