Mode Landscapes — Landscaping in Castle Hill, NSW

I used Mode Landscaping to replace my front and backyard retaining walls and terraced flower beds. Old timber retaining walls were replaced with new concrete-plank walls and it is looking very nice now. He also did paving from my driveway to the backyard patio area. It was a difficult job as access to my backyard was difficult. My wife and myself are very satisfied with Mark’s quality of work and ease with which we could deal with him. His price is reasonable and small variations did not cost much. This was the second time I used him since 2 years ago he replaced my old timber fence with colorbond. We engaged Mark and Mode Landscapes to fully rework our front and backyard after he came highly recommended by a good friend. The house originally had astro turf and terrible white pebbles in the backyard. Having a dog we wanted grass for him in the back. Not having any real design direction we let Mark recommend what he thought would work best with the space, be durable and most cost effective as we didn't have an unlimited budget. Marks experience, high attention to detail and quality are evident in the finish product he delivered. The backyard is now a completely functional and usable space having been leveled and turfed with a retaining wall/garden bed all around. Mark employed pavers to increase the small concrete patio so that we now have a larger entertainment area which is great. He also removed and rebuilt a broken dividing fence which now looks great. Mark constructed a retaining wall and leveled the front yard so that now we can plant a hedge which will provide privacy from the street as previously it was very exposed. Safe to say Emma, Albert (dog) and myself are extremely happy with the outcome. Mark was very professional and provided excellent communication letting us know beforehand any variations in cost before proceeding. He stayed in budget and delivered what we wanted. Would highly recommend Mark and Mode Landscapes to any of my friends and family.

Mark and his team fixed our large retaining wall which was becoming dangerously unstable. The work was done on-time, on-budget as quoted with attention to detail. The end result was top quality, Mark was always there to provide support or answer our questions along the way.

We contacted Mark at Mode Landscapes to assist us with our collapsing back retaining wall. The wall was in quite bad condition and required liaising with two boundary neighbours. Mark and his team are friendly and professional completing work in a very timely manner. We have been very impressed with the final result and have recommended him to two other neighbours with similar issues.

Mark and his crew were very professional through the whole process. Our boundary retaining wall had collapsed. Mark was able to remove the old one and replace it in a timely manner without delays or major disruption to our neighbour.
