Need to get some customer skills. Twice when I was in difficulty with irrigation/ pump problems in the middle of the heatwave I was told 2 weeks . Eventually gave up - now I receive a bill from their first visit through a collection agency because they have been emailing to a wrong address . A call would have been nice . I use someone else now and have just bought a new pump from them !

WARNING! PRICES AT THIS SHOP HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED OVERNIGHT. DO NOT USE THEM, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF $$ THERE OVER MANY YEARS BUT THIS COUNTS FOR NOTHING APPARENTLY. THERE ARE ALTERNATIVE BUSINESSES WHERE THE PRICES ARE STILL REASONABLE, ALSO THE BIG HARDWARE SHOP UP THE ROAD STOCK A GOOD RANGE OF PLUMBING & IRRIGATION SUPPLIES.
