Many reviews say this place has great service — I honestly have no idea how they came to that conclusion. My experience today was the total opposite. I came in to get a key cut and politely asked if there were any discounts. The bigger guy behind the counter fired back with a rude, almost hostile “Why?” — as if a simple question was a personal attack on him. If there’s no discount, just say no. It’s really not that complicated. But talking to customers like they’re an inconvenience? That’s a whole new level of unprofessional. I didn’t experience any “good service” whatsoever — just disrespect, attitude, and zero willingness to help. If I could give negative one star, I absolutely would. With this level of customer service, the only thing I’d recommend is that people save their time and go literally anywhere else.

Had 3 pairs of English made shoes (2 well worn and 1 new) and was looking for quality shoe repairer. Nick from Mr Minit was really good - very helpful and friendly. He put new heels on my old shoes and did a great job with a Topy sole for my new pair. They look a $1m! I had looked around at other places and many require you to send the shoes away and they send back to you - so takes at least a week. Nick did it in an hour for me! And the price was very reasonable.

Amazing service! I had engraving done for my pendants and from start to finish, staff were very friendly, responsive and quick in doing the job! While I'm not familiar with the general price range of engravings, as this was my first time ever getting an item engraved, it personally did feel little bit on the pricey side. In saying this though, the end product was of very high quality, and overall I would recommend this store's engraving service to anyone who needs it. Amazing work!

Absolutely love these guys. I’ve been coming here for many years for small bits and bobs and have always felt valued. This time I went in to get some additional holes in my leather belt and Josh did it right away with a smile - no charges! Absolutely love these folks! Thanks Josh!
