Bunnings Chatswood — Landscaping in Chatswood, NSW

My recent home project is to apply epoxy flooring to the garage. I was fortunate to meet the Paint Expert Haroon throughout the process, finding the right product, learn all the tips and tricks and done the job right with all the tools. A few weeks later, the paint chipped in areas where the hot wheels land. It’s mainly because I didn’t kept the car out long enough for the paint to dry and also blaming the hot summer. Haroon once again helped me with working out a tin of colour-matched quick dry paint to patch. Five stars to him.

Best hardware super store in Australia at Chatswood Sydney! The staff members are so helpful. We buy everything to repair & renew our property here. A gentleman called Matthew with a lovely smile is extremely helpful to suggest most suitable paints for our kitchen & laundry areas. Our kitchen & laundry look amazing now. Multi level Bunnings which is a first for me. My local store in Artarmon is on a single floor. Had to head to the Chatswood store as the item I was after was low on stock in Artarmon, but couldn’t find any. Didn’t take long to get to Chatswood store though. Easy to park and easy to find what I was after. I should have taken a bit more notice of the number of items in the package… it was supposed to be a four pack but someone had made a small hole in the package and taken (probably what they were after) out as each item was different. Luckily it wasn’t the bit that I needed when I realised that I was duped upon opening the package at home. A little annoyed, but I was able to finish the job. I’m sure that the person who took the piece got himself a “five finger discount”. Not the stores fault. When I couldn’t find the item at Artarmon, the website tells you the stock level, albeit it’s a little hit and miss with very low inventory remaining, but it also tells you exactly which isle and bay that you can find it. Same for the Chatswood store (and all the other stores I believe). Considering that I only needed one item piece out of the four in the package, if I was a little more organised and had the luxury of time, I could have bought 20 for less than it cost for the packet from a popular online retailer. But, that’s what you pay for having to get something done right away and it is great that you can just duck down the road and grab it. Even better when you can look it up and see if it’s in stock, compare it with other brands, and know exactly where to go and find it.

Urgently needed a car battery. Quick search on Google and bingo - Bunnings has it in stock for a low price (online quoted AUD178). Resurected the car and gone to the shop. First surprice - a ticket on the shelf quoted AUD197, but I had no option. Went to the casher - scan and the price AUD222!!!!! I had all the prices recorded on my phone, no help. Went to the "customer service". Same story, no online price, only ticketed (as on photographs). This is bait and charge, that business spent huge money on CCTV to monitor customers. maybe some money should be spend on a proper information which is not misleading the customer? Bunnings offer to beat others' price, maybe Bunnings should just keep their own prices right? I feel cheated.
