Right from the get-go, Luke and Jared were friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the tidy, organised layout of the Chatswood store and we found the perfect luxe looking carpet that we had been looking for in so many other stores for literally years, but with no success until then. We appreciated that Flooring Xtra Chatswood matched a previous quote we had gotten. The installers, Case and Nassir, arrived on time, and were warm and personable. Worked with Jared. Came to house with samples, picked the carpet and colour and measure done on the spot. The team laid the moved the furniture and laid the carpet for three bedrooms and a hall in half a day. Competitive pricing and very professional service. Couldn't be happier with the result.
