11/10 service really, lady on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, blokes inside helped me piece together an absolute shemozzle of parts, and 1 bloke said "I'm surprised she hasn't tried to sell your jar of honey yet" (that they have on their counter) her face lit up and had the most energetic and enthusiastic sales pitch to, for the record, a bloody good jar of honey, needless to say walked out with my fittings and a delicious jar of Honey, it's rare to find shops these days with as much knowledge and passion like here does!

I recently had the team at Better Pool & Irrigation chase up a warranty claim for me on parts for a product that was purchased almost 6yrs ago. I could not find receipt but did have a bank transaction statement together with user guide and plumbers install details. It was a long shot but they got it through and I received the part under warranty (close to $500). I can not fault their commitment and professionalism in handling my issue, I'm truly grateful to Better Pools and also the company i purchased the product from.

Just 2 days before Christmas our pool pump decided to give up. These guys stepped up being a davey supplier they looked and confirmed the faulty pump, organising a new pump under warranty and getting a new one back to me over the break quickly.

I’m disappointed with my experience, particularly given how highly recommended this business came. I initially called to have someone attend and provide advice on my pool system. The technician who attended advised they didn’t have enough knowledge about the system and said they would speak to someone else and call me back. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. After following up multiple times, I was eventually told the issue had been passed on to another business and that they weren’t able to assist. This wasn’t proactively communicated, I had to call several times to get any clarity. I’ve also been unable to get in contact with the referred business or have them attend. While I understand there is still a call-out fee involved and will be paying the invoice, the lack of communication and follow-through made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

I recently had my Davey pool pump fixed by Dave . It was a warranty job and the pump was purchased at another shop that had since closed . Nothing was a problem. They really went out their way to help me . Cheers guys
