Think Water Western Water Systems — Irrigation in Emu Plains, NSW

Absolutely useless service from this company. Called to book in a service on my irrigation system, was told it would be 2 weeks by John, as they were quite busy right now, but they would be back in touch around then to organize it. A month went by without hearing anything , so I chased up spoke to Abbie, surprisingly got it scheduled for the following week. I had to take time off in order for the service to occur. Only for them to not show up, nor even to call to explain they were stuck on a job. Piss poor, especially when I am running my own business and the $$$ that i missed out on from not working that afternoon and we live locally literally around the corner. Not recommended

I was there to get some general information about a water system. The staff member was very helpful and friendly. He gave me a few options to think about and a good idea about pricing. He also gave me a brochure to get some more detailed information. I haven't decided what to do yet but when I do I will definitely go back there.

Messed up my online order Since worked out what is pictured on their site is not the part listed Also managed to mess up on a couple of fittings ordered Emailed them to rectify but am just ignored Mite be a small order but the failures it highlights makes you wonder if they are experts in their field at all...

Excellent service, after 6 months trying to get help for the water system at home found this company. They were so helpful and was half the cost of what the Plumber wanted just to come and look at the system and they weren't even sure could they help. Thanks again to the team.

Amazing service from start to finish. From the moment we walked in the door to let them know our needs for a controllable water system in our yard, to the installation, to the customer service, the team at Western Water Systems were amazing. Couldn’t fault them and the gardens and lawns look great because the watering system is set and forget! Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to install a system for your yard.
