I experience the worst customer experience and unfriendliest service from the asian guy at the register. The people in the back we're really friendly but not this guy. Very dismissive and he was the Christmas Grinch. He spoke in short sentences and responded to me like I was bothering him by asking him questions. I walked out of there so confused about seeing someone being so grumpy. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Really helpful staff who have a clear passion for their work. They repaired my aging Makita brush cutter and did a great job. I go there three or four times a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Not a nice experience, avoid this company as they are untrustworthy. Request a quote before any service work occurs. I recently had both my saws serviced by this company and on both occasions the bill was presented between 10% and 20% higher than what was estimated. I've been told different stories about what was wrong with my MS660, first it was the coil and ignition system and when I went to collect it, it was the carburettor which was replaced at my expense (understandably) but I didn't get the choice to say no because the repairs were already completed. The reason why I'm leaving a 1 star review, because I genuinely wanted to offer value and honesty to this company in the event they want to know what their customers think so I asked the lady at the counter if it was okay to offer the feedback and she said yes. Before I could fully outline the situation (the way I see it) about the price creep she interrupted and said "I'm not giving you a discount, the price is the price". I did try to explain to her that I'm prepared to pay the difference but would like some notice before they do the work so I can choose whether to proceed or not. I didn't want a discount, just to be heard. Despite my calm demeanour and honest urge to offer genuine feedback, I was met with aggression, deflection and rudeness. It's easy for me to see that this cranky old woman has no self awareness and cannot control her emotions. I did mention to her that I was unlikely to return for service and spares and she didn't care which makes me feel undervalued as a customer and with all the choices you have for service and spares, don't choose this store. I've also contacted Stihl head office.
