Can't thank Leigh and the team enough! From start to finish the whole process with Flooring Xtra Hornsby was a dream. With assistance on floor type selection due to our unique house layout, to colour selection and everything in between. Fraser and Chris the installers were incredibly accomodating due to pre-existing issues with our floor, they solved the issues and completed the total install from prep to laying the floor panels. They were highly professional and their workmanship is top tier. I highly recommend Flooring Xtra Hornsby, Fraser and Chris for all flooring projects.

As a returning customer, this second time buying product and services (installing) from them, I could not have ended up with a poorer experience! First - about quoted versus real/final invoice, as the initial value almost doubled. Why? Best be prepared for talks about need for materials that may be approx at a lower price set but COULD go up to a higher price - the approach is - it will be the maximum amount !!! With no chance to negotiate or pull out of the deal (too late by then). Second - whilst installation of the floor is ok, I got left with doors that can no longer open/close properly due to their levelling part of the work done. And the fix of that is also not included in their completion of work … my only choice is to pay for it to be done then. Never to repeat any visit - as ex customer then.

We've recently had floating floors laid throughout the upstairs of our house and on the stairs. The salesman at the showroom was so helpful and the installers were quick, polite and cleaned up after them. I couldn't fault their service and the floors look fantastic.

I cannot recommend Hornsby Flooring Xtra enough. Scott was super nice and helpful. He provided all the information I needed and made sure the flooring option met strata requirements. Their installers are also really nice and the final result is super clean and looks amazing. I cannot be any happier with the final result.
