Dishonest. They gave me a quote for a job based on a video. When they discovered the job was bigger than they thought, they asked for more money. When I refused to pay more, they said they would complete the job at the original price and promised to come back and do it. I made a mistake and trusted their word and paid them, they never came back, won’t answer my calls or messages. I recommend you go elsewhere, this company cannot be trusted.

We had 4 large Conifer trees removed and a large Beech tree pollard at the front of our apartments at Elsinore Court Crosby.After speaking to the owner Paul and based on his knowledge and experience we where quite happy to give him the go ahead for the works. Amazingly the work was all completed in one day and was carried out to a high standard On completion of the work the site was left clean and tidy. We will certainly be using this company in the future due to the high standard of work and overall approach to health and safety.

I highly recommend the Liverpool Tree Surgeons they are excellent. This is the 2nd time we've used them and it was the same polite, helpful, friendly, professional crew. They took 10ft off my tree with the minimum of fuss and left the garden immaculate afterwards. Thank you Mike and crew..

Can't thank these guys enough. A tree fell down in my tennants garden causing mess stress and was a hazard to the tennants. Called these guys and was given a great quote which was able to be given from videos and photos. Booked the job in the next day and it was all sorted for me and my tennant and access to the tree was not easy as it was on a piece of wasteland at the back of the garden fence. This whopper of tree was removed with all mess cleared. No stress no fuss just job done. Highly recommend 👌

Very professional service by a really good team of workers. Excellent communication throughout. A reasonable price for the work they did on a very large tree. I can highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional team to do your job. I wish they would have taken more off the tree, especially the crown, but they were working to council restrictions and I would have wanted more off no matter what they had done 😁.
