Charlie was amazing quick efficient with great communication. He is a friendly guy and so is his dad that came and help do my overgrown big yard in under an hour. Affordable prices and will definitely be a regular service.

It has taken me almost an hour to cool down. I only wish I could post the images I took after he finished! There was remains of some Bamboo lying on the grass. He told me he "sprayed it". My blood pressure hit the roof as I said to him "why would you spray dead bamboo?" The live bamboo I was not wanting to keep - but did not say anything to him about, was next to the dead one. I said "I would have expected you to pick it up and put it in the grass bin" His reply was "You only told me to mow the lawns" That was in the front. He did not use a grass catcher so I have a near empty bin. He said he'd pick it up next service. I asked when that would be and he said just text me and I'll book you in. I told him a fortnight 13th September. Ok he said, just text me and I'll book it in. To say he is infuriating to deal with is an understatement! He did not whipper snip around the trees at the front near the nature strip so I will have to do that myself. I have limited ability to do this myself, but cannot afford his exorbitant fees - first time after three months of grass growing for $250! When I got agitated over the spraying of the bamboo and leaving it on the ground he told me "no need to be rude" I was not rude I assured him, though loud I did get. I gave him 2 stars for doing the job at all. I will not refer him to anyone, nor recommend him. He is not lazy I feel, just not all there. Lacks common sense to a high degree and probably does not like working. He also did not clean up after himself. There was grass all over the air-conditioning units on the ground that I had to sweep out myself. I find this deplorable of any professional. To his side, I have yet to meet any lawn mowing company that has actually done this! So also lacking in common decency and courtesy. I am so mad. I do not own a rake so will have to let the grass lie there until I can now find someone else to do the work for me. Ahh... to add the photos! I will edit later.
