Mal was so responsive and fit me in within a day. He was professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he fix the leak but he didn't even care that he had to (literally) hang out of my window to find a water valve. He went the extra mile, was careful and respectful - and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mal.

Mal was incredibly professional. Great price, fair and frank advise and prompt service/responses. We need an insinkerator replaced, Mal handled the job perfectly. He also happened to notice the bulky fridge water filter and recommended changing to a newer leaner solution that saved us loads of under sink space. Highly recommend Mal for your plumbing needs!!

I have been using Mal for few years now. A friendly and pleasant plumber never failed to turn up as promised when i asked him to do plumbing works at my place no matter small or large job. A trustworthy tradesman whom i just need to say any plumbing issues at home and he will do the rest to get it fixed. He has been very helpful also to guide me to other tradespeople when i needed them for jobs other than plumbing.

Needing some plumbing work, I did some research and I came across Under & Over Plumbing Solutions. I gave them a call which was promptly answered by Mal and we setup an appointment for him to come out the next day. Mal showed up on time, was polite, easy to talk too and very professional. Mal evaluated the work that needed to be done, gave me an estimate to which I agreed and got to work. Mal took care of all the work needed on time and on budget and I'm so happy I gave them a call.
