We started our project with a very small and challenging parcel of land, along with a number of restrictions to navigate. Mark and the team at Watershed were fantastic from start to finish—guiding us through concept development, design, materials selection, cost planning, and build oversight. The result is a beautifully executed, high-quality home. The design brings an incredible sense of space, light, and flow that far exceeds what we thought possible on the site. We chose Watershed because we loved their distinctive and very Australian design aesthetic. We were very impressed with the superb attention to detail across all elements of our house. Watershed also did an excellent job of project-managing the build. They were highly attentive, managed a tight process and worked collaboratively with the builder. All in all a great experience!
