Adam and the Pro Climbing team did an excellent job of taking down and removing a giant eucalyptus tree which had become dangerous with age. Adam's quote was prompt, fully itemised and came with all the necessary documentation for insurance and public liability - in a word, professional. Access to the back garden was very difficult, not feasible to use a crane, and every bit of the tree had to be carried by hand past the wall of another building and up a very narrow side path to the chipper at the front. Adam came to discuss how the job would be done and explained clearly what to expect in terms of loss of some shrubs and removal of bits of other nearby trees to make a safe landing ground for the branches and bits of trunk. As a keen gardener, I appreciated him taking time to explain everything in advance. His team were polite and efficient and after three days of work everything was cleaned up very well. I would strongly recommend Pro Climbing, especially for a large and challenging job like mine.
