Pinnacle Health Clinic — Irrigation in North Parramatta, NSW

Absolutely love coming to Pinnacle Health Clinic in Parramatta. Will is always there for each and every one of his clients – he has a big heart, is always in a good mood, and truly listens. He helped me resolve my long-term tummy troubles, and the formula he created for my menopause symptoms has worked like a miracle. I am so incredibly grateful for his care and support and couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly.

I hadn't ordered from this business for a couple of years. Next thing I know I get a package delivered which I never ordered and noticed they had taken out over $100 out of my account without authorisation. I rung to advise and was told maybe someone else in my household ordered it. I said I live with my 9yr old and they replied with maybe she ordered it? 6 months later and still haven't received my money back. And funnily enough I received a call today from them asking me if I'd like to order some more product with no mention of my previous request to get my money back. Was once again told the owner will call me back to organise this. Honestly, not holding my breath.

Wow, such friendly staff, beautiful clean atmosphere, got to do the oxygen chamber. Incredible experience, relaxing, w my breathing was a bit heavy when I first started but by the end it felt like my chest had opened up, was tired when I started and at the end it felt like I had just had a great night's sleep. Highly Recommend

Did the oxygen chamber, wow, great experience. So incredibly relaxing, like 1 hour of meditation, focus, relaxation and tech free time rolled into 1 and the staff are so incredibly friendly, definately hoping to make this a fortnightly event.

I purchased pinnacle cream online with express shipping back in early April. After a month of not receiving the product I got in touch with the business. After several attempts I got through to a gentleman man who promised to to investigate and get back to me immediately. He did not . I call and text several times after that asking when the product will be delivered, still nothing. I finally asked for a refund which he promised repeatedly that he would do straightaway and even offering a complementary product. Up to the time of this review I haven’t receive my refund . This business is dishonest and unreliable . Do not buy anything from them. This is an update with the debacle of this business. The morning after I wrote this review . I contacted them by text to let them know I was going to take further action . A man relied later saying I refunded you last night. My refund did eventually came through the next day . He also sent out a so-called complementary product which upon on opening was broken and the product spilled over in the packaging. It was unusable and now it is the bin . I attached. photos . Stay away from them.
