Needed to install a complete filtration system for our rainwater tank, our only water source. The previous owner of our house had no filtration system!!! Excellent advice and service from the staff. First attempt at installing a filter system, couple of errors by me but after speaking to staff they had me back on the right track. We now have clean water with NO odour. 10/10 Richmond Irrigation

Staff very unapproachable and unhelpful. Was told if I bring in dimensions of what I needed they can point me to what I need, but as soon as walking in and to discuss, was basically brushed off.

Had to replace a dead Grundphos pump from 2007. Walked away with a new Orange pump on their recommendation, with all the required fittings to make it easy to plumb in when I got home. New pump also performed better than the original. Great service. Could not ask for more.

Last week, in the middle of electricity blackouts, we discovered our generator would not run our water pump. We are on tank water and desperately needed water into the house. We decided we really needed to replace our 20 year old pump and headed for RIWS. The RIWS team were extremely helpful and even stayed open after their usual closing time for us. They were knowledgable and also gave us an excellent price on a DAB Esybox pump. They made sure we had all the information to install it correctly. Our 3.5 - 4.0 kva generator runs the DAB Esybox pump easily. I am grateful for their expertise and help and can honestly recommend them as experts in the field of water solutions.
