After having an initial set of home design plans approved, we engaged dp Design Studio Pty Ltd later in the process when we were unable to continue with the previous designer. Architect. Prasad Perera and the dp Design Studio team stepped in seamlessly, re-working and refining the plans into a much stronger outcome that suited our needs far better than the earlier versions. Team is very professional, with excellent communication, and they always deliver the best quality! We had an ongoing roof issue where water was leaking through and damaging the roof members and internal ceiling. Over the years, we hired a few different trades to fix the problem, but no one was able to resolve it properly. A friend recommended dp Design Studio Pty Ltd, so we contacted the office for advice. Architect Prasad Perera inspected the property, identified the half-fixed areas left by previous trades, and clearly explained why the issue kept happening and what the permanent solution would be. We agreed to proceed and engaged his team of trades to repair the damaged areas. It was the best experience we’ve ever had. Everything was managed professionally from start to finish.
