Over the past 12 months, Modular Engineers – and especially Ali – have been an absolute saving grace for me. Navigating a challenging situation with my strata committee has been incredibly stressful, but Ali has gone above and beyond in every way. Unlike most engineers, Ali is not only highly skilled as a Class 2 Engineer (a rare find in NSW), but he also brings an exceptional level of care and understanding to his work. He has treated me with the kind of support and compassion you would expect from a close friend or family member, not just a service provider. His patience, clear communication and genuine concern for my situation have made an overwhelming process so much easier to manage. It’s so rare these days to find professionals who not only deliver technical excellence but also truly care about their clients. I engaged modular engineers for a complex job. Unfortunately, they did not solve the complex situation. They demonstrated that profits without consideration for their client is their motto. They traipsed in and delivered their verdict within a minute. No creative options besides unrealstic, catsatrophically expensive ones. They assured me that nothing could be done. I handed them 500 dollars for their "efforts". Fortunately, I engaged another structual who demonstrated the lack of expertise and knowledge that modular engineers does not possess. Frank from HCT engineering is the professional you are looking for if you have a job that requires focus, creative thinking and expertise. I am very unimpressed with the expertise, wilful disregard of duty to customers and lack of creativity from modular engineers. Again Frank from HCT engineering is the engineer you may be looking for.

Unreliable. Arranged a pre-sale building inspection, paid the deposit/confirmation fee. Reconfirmed the appointment. The night before the inspection we, receive an email informing us that the engineer could not attend due to a scheduling conflict and that the appointment had been moved to the following day. Without any consideration for all of the other parties involved in the logistics.

I approached Modular Engineers for generating site plans and providing me Structural Adequacy Certificate. Their firm secretary Ms. Asseel called me and organised the Inspection date and time. Their Structural Engineer Mr.Ali came on time and carried out a thorough assessment and took photos and measurement. He is true gentleman with wealth of knowledge and experience. He gave few suggestions as well. Upon his inspection within a week they have produced an excellent report with structural plan, storm water plan, structural adequacy certificate and stormwater management certificate. Their service is exceptional who is extremely helpful and honest in sharing their views. I am very impressed their outstanding customer service, exceptional professional service. Truly admirable and I strongly recommend anyone looking for structural Engineering consultancy and advice to talk to Modular Engineers. They are the best!!
