Flower Power Garden Centre Penrith — Garden Design in Penrith, NSW

Misleading advertising on website, with advertised plants Liriope Pearl ($11.99 per pot instead of $14.99) & Javelin Lavendar ($15.99 per pot instead of $19.99), showing both these plants 'as available' at the Mascot store on sale at the advertised discounted prices; an elderly family member made a trip there just to purchase these plants & was told in-store they were not available (Javelin Lavendar would not be in until September - the sale was advertised as a '3 day sale' over the third weekend in February!), staff also stated that the website was not updated regularly. Not only is this misleading, but caused great inconvenience. Advertise what you have in stock Flower Power not 'click bait' style sales promotions. Follow up note: beautiful plants in the varieties required (Liriope & Javelin Lavendar) were purchased at Bunnings a couple of days later without any issues in supplies.

Lovely gardening shop. Beautifully arranged reasonably easy to negotiate well-organised things are punched together so you know what you're looking for they have a lovely cafe and a lot of merchandise in the shop a bamboozling array of giftware things to put in your garden plenty of parking.

I started coming here last year and couldn't be happier. All of the staff are helpful. If you need to know something Wether it's about the condition of your plants 🪴 or wanting to build a new garden the staff are knowledgeable and have the expertise about the plants trees or shrubs. In my experience last week I had a very large hedge and it had it was deteriorating and needed attention. I took a piece with me and photos. I spoke to a staff member who gave me the right product to spray on the hedge as it had a fungal infection which I searched on the net. I have to thank all the staff at penrith for your help as I bought a few other items while I was there. They were Jodie Mary Alex and Angus . Jodie and Mary helped with the issue of my hedge issue and Alex helped me with selecting the right soil and ground cover. Angus helped me put my purchases of two trollies into my car. The team were so helpful and great knowledge. Thank you team

Very disappointed with our soil delivery from Flower Power. The soil we ordered was filled with plastics, so much so that I couldn't even get it all out - it was so extensive. When i called about this issue, they said this was a result of the FAGO food waste recycling service, where members of the public aren't obviously recycling correctly. Although this may be, when you are spending hundreds of dollars on dirt, you expect to receive a product that isn't littered with waste. Not happy Jan. Would definitely recommend others to go elsewhere, especially considering I was told "that's just the way it is" when I called up on the phone.

Had a very bad experience with the staff at Prospect Flower Power. Going to the Penrith store is much, much better! Penrith staff are more hospitable and friendly. Thanks so much to Jody and Jan for your assistance today. These ladies went above and beyond just to help us out. Absolute legends!!!
