Greenery Imports — Garden Design in Penrith, NSW

As previously mentioned we have used Greenery Imports a few times and now we ventured outside with a few of their UV Stabilized plants. And once again, when we received them they look amazing and I can only highly recommend them to others. Thanks heaps guys. We have ordered from Greenery Imports a few times now, and their service has always been top notch. We live in Melbourne but this store in Penrith NSW always seems to have the best products, so the extra day or two on delivery is worth the wait. One of our latest orders was for an Oriental Bamboo plant, and I have to say it looks that real that it has fooled a number of our friends, they all say how great it looks. It has made a ‘blank’ corner of our living room so much better. We would highly recommend Greenery Imports.

The assistance and excellent communication from this company was above and beyond! They were quick to respond and solve my issues. Delivery was very prompt and the product was perfect for the space I had. Everything went so well I’ve put in a second order… once again with assistance over the phone to ensure I was ordering exactly what I needed. They were quick to accommodate special requests! Highly recommend !

What an amazing selection of product Greenary imports have. The product JAZ&CO (my business) used in an installation at Glenmore Valley were fabulous, and enhanced the ambience in the dining precinct, turning it into a vibrant, inviting destination. The feed back we recieved was that installation looked real. Thank you Vipal for all his feed back on his UV product. Absolutely love my purchase from Greenery Imports! The faux plants look incredibly realistic, I’ve had guests ask me how I keep them so green🪴 Beautiful quality, fast shipping and great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add some greenery without the maintenance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do not recommend their outdoor artificial UV plants. It won't last you long (less than a year) and its not worth it for the steep price you pay. I live in an ordinary Melbourne metro suburb and the plant has detorierated so much these last few months. I have to chuck it out. I tried to contact their customer support to see if I maybe had a faulty plant and ask for replacement or partial refund as this is not meeting advertised expectations. However, they tried to use this an opportunity to make money off me and gave me $30 store credit (nothing in their store would cost $30) rather than actually help me rectify the situation or apologise for honestly a faulty product. They blamed the wind, however, that's quite misleading to not mention that this 'outdoor' plant cannot be subject to suburbian weather - I wouldnt have bought it if that was the case. It also doesn't explain the colour difference with the leaves slowly turning white in the middle of the stem. I do not recommend their products.
