Poor after sales support. PSA: I purchased soil for a raised vegetable patch and found large shards of glass. The sales rep explained that this was "normal" and "legal", stating the word "organic" implied possible contaminants. He could not explain why the business does not warn the public other than "do your research". More disappointing was the sale rep's attitude and disregard to my children who found the glass.

Placed an order in the morning and it was delivered before lunch! Wasn’t home when either delivery arrived, both times had a very polite driver call to confirm where to put everything. First driver did some great manoeuvring to get the 80/20 off the drive to leave space for the next one!

Got Fertilised 80/20 off Elite. Amazing quality. Don't use anyone else. After a scalp,scarify and a heavy topdress, these pics are literally 5 days apart
