Terrible service from Mitch from Penrith branch, I felt very unwelcome at this branch in comparison to the marsden park branch, we spent thousands on tiles and tap ware and as soon as he got the money he became rude and was reluctant to help, he literally sighed over the phone when trying to make minor changes, extremely unprofessional behaviour I wouldn’t recommend dealing with him. If management is reading this you might want to have a word to him because if it wasn’t for half the stuff being installed I would have returned the entire order based off his attitude alone. I have plenty more projects but I won’t ever be using Beaumont again all thanks to Mitch.

Do not recommend, terrible service and unorganised communication. At the same time we renovated our bathrooms and there was a mistake Highgrove bathrooms came to our aid to exchange and pick up the wrong items and deliver the new items with a breeze. Beaumont tiles made us jump through hoops to do a simple exchange of tiles that was within 2 weeks of delivery window and then slog us with penalties and find every reason to not work with us. Big brand with little regard of old school customer service.

Had two bathrooms fully updated through Beaumont Tiles, extremely happy with the quality of their products. Small issue with hinges in one cupboard, Claire could not have been more helpful in resolving the matter immediately. Customer care at its best!
