Kitchen Envy — Outdoor Paving in Penrith, NSW

A kitchen is a big investment, and we were honestly quite nervous about who to trust with it. After speaking with several companies, we chose Kitchen Envy, and we are so glad we did, we could not be happier. Jackie was fantastic, patiently answering my many questions, revising selections, and making sure everything felt right from the outset. The project ran on time and was delivered exactly as promised. The project management and coordination of contractors was seamless. From booking in the install and as the job progressed, Tamara was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, she truly is an asset to the team. The attention to detail and clear communication during the install, made the whole experience feel organised and stress-free, thanks Peter. The quality of the kitchen cannot be faulted. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product, the kitchen is divine and we genuinely love it. We highly recommend Kitchen Envy to anyone considering a new kitchen and laundry.

I would highly recommend Kitchen Envy! After dreaming of a new kitchen for many years but working with an old and outdated footprint, Kitchen Envy’s designer Mel was a game changer – the only one of several kitchen company designers to walk in and after 5 minutes immediately have the recommendation of undertaking some minor building works to remove a wall and replace a door with a window, which allowed us to completely redesign our kitchen space. From that point on we did not look back and cannot speak highly enough of the Kitchen Envy team – in the showroom, Mel, Tamara and Jackie were unbelievable patient and accommodating with my slow decision making! I really appreciated all your design suggestions (and thanks Mel for coming back after install to help with the tile decisions!). When it came to installation, we found all the Kitchen Envy team great -they communicated very well and were always on time. We didn’t note everyone’s names but Peter, Corey and Johnny were excellent. We absolutely love the new kitchen – it has completely transformed our home and we now just wish we had done it years ago! My experience with Kitchen Envy was very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The installation of my new kitchen laundry and pantry is now complete and I feel like I’m living in a dream. Not only is it everything I imagined and MORE but the process was so smooth and uncomplicated thanks to the magnificent team at Kitchen Envy. From showroom to trades to installation everything went like clockwork and the installation timetable was spot on. A special vote of thanks to my two guiding angels -Mel and Tamara who were there every step of the way with a warm and welcoming smile. I think of you both every morning I walk into my gorgeous space 🙏🏻. I recommend this creative team to anyone wanting to bring their dreams to life.

It is with pleasure that we highly recommend Kitchen Envy. Jackie, the designer was extremely helpful, she listened to our ideas of our dream kitchen. She guided us and gave us some great options that we had not even thought of. Her beautiful design came at a competitive price. It was a pleasure to have the tradesmen in our home. They were very helpful, punctual, efficient and friendly. Their work was of a high quality and they always left the site tidy at all times. The office staff were amazingly helpful and responded quickly to all our concerns. Jackie and her team provided us with a kitchen that exceeded the one we had dreamt of. Yes, we are now the ‘envy’ of our friends who are dreaming of their own dream kitchen.

The team at Kitchen Envy are amazing. From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcomed. Once we decided to purchase a kitchen and laundry with Kitchen Envy, meeting Mel for the consultation and design was fantastic as we needed her ideas, wisdom and patience. At no point did we feel pressured to make decisions and she was so supportive in all areas. The instillation team of well qualified tradesman lead by Corey were great. They were respectful and treated our home with care. From being very nervous about such a big undertaking we felt relaxed and trusted the Kitchen Envy team. Communication was excellent from all the team with regular updates and invoicing. Tamara was always on the phone or available when needed.
