David was exceptional today. He repaired urgent issues in a rental and liaised for us with the agent and landlord and had the large issue repaired all within 5 hours of being notified. Clear communication of arrival time, as well as explaining cause and repair plans for issues. Not only was David very polite and friendly, he and his coworker worked tidily and left no mess afterwards. 10/10 recommend and thank you David for doing such a great job

David was very helpful with my late night queries. He was very honest with his replies and was prompt in coming to assist with our plumbing issues the next day. The best part was they did a great job with fixing our blocked sewer for a fraction of the cost I paid someone else who did not do anything. And the quote I got for replacing the broken pipes is reasonable too. They live up to their name: EFFECTIVE!!!

Highly recommend Shipways Effective Plumbing service! Dave and Rob were incredibly polite and professional. They cleared tree roots from our main line quickly that other services couldn’t manage. They were in and out of the house in under an hour, and left everything clean and tidy. Pricing was upfront and very affordable. Trustworthy and reliable, will definitely use them again!
