Bad Service, Rude & Arrogant I ordered turf from Mark about 2 weeks ago. It was 250m and when my Landscaper saw the turf he said the grass is all yellow. He send me the pictures so that I share the pictures with Mark. When asked Mark about the turf he said it is not mine but he delivered it at my property. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I let go. Today I wanted to order 100m of turf and he is not answering my calls, my text messages and my voicemail. Then I asked my daughter to call and he answered. He said if you are calling for the property in box hill, I can not supply turf and when he was about to hang up on me then my daughter asked him if he had any issues but still he hung up. He call he is doing a business but he can not speak who’s customers. If the customer raised a question of supplying yellow -old turf he got annoyed. So please do not buy from him. He may be cheap but his quality is not good. Mark have been rude to me and my daughter. He doesn’t know how he should be speaking with his customers. Regards, Karina
