*Reasons why I rate Ryan from Ivory Gardens* - Even from before we engaged Ryan he went way above and beyond to work out a scope that would work for our budget. He thought creatively about different ways of doing things and communicated the pros and cons so we could make informed decisions. - I trust his advice. He really knows his stuff and where he doesn’t know an answer off hand he says so and then finds it out. He's knowledgeable and humble. - He is good at the technical but also understands aesthetics and is committing to delivering excellence on both counts. - He is an excellent communicator, he is calm under pressure, patient with changes, clear about what decisions are needed when and stays in regular contact about progress and timing. - He puts 100% into everything he does. He is a perfectionist in the very best way. He will ensure the job is done properly even if it means extra time or cost to him. - He is punctual, tidy and works hard to ensure the job gets done on time even if it means staying back late. - He is just a stand up guy, honest, thoughtful and a lovely presence. He has a great attitude and was fun to work with. - Ewan his site manager is also so lovely, punctual, tidy and great at what he does and really delivered for us! Charlie was also great. His whole team is fab! Even my kids loved them. Oh and he delivered an awesome result!

We recently worked with Ryan from Ivory Gardens to completely reimagine our front and backyards. Starting from scratch, Ryan designed a luxurious coastal-inspired outdoor space that perfectly complements our beachside location. We now have a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, a spacious pool area, and a stunning custom-built outdoor kitchen — adding significant value to our home. Ryan guided us through the layout design, plant selection, technical details, and every step of the implementation. He was always available to answer questions, and his team was on time, on budget, and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. We couldn't recommend Ryan and his team highly enough. He was a delight to work with - always professional, courteous and took pride in the very high quality and detailing of his work. His own design experience was extremely helpful when it came to the inevitable design tweaks required throughout the project. With his problem solving skills and common sense approach the project moved along smoothly. He was able to manage all sub-contractors effectively and ensured they met the quality set by Ivory Gardens. No job was too big or too small and he always went out of his way to follow up every task to ensure a perfect outcome. I must say that our terrace renovation was mostly landscape construction, in a strata building with quite difficult access. All materials needed to be brought through the front door of the apartment and the team was always respectful and always kept the thoroughfare clean each day. We have no hesitation in recommending Ivory Gardens to others.

Ivory Gardens installed our garden (designed by others on this occasion) several years ago including irrigation, huge custom pots craned into locale and mature trees of significant size also craned into the garden. We found the team to be excellent both during installation and at follow through with any tweaks and issues post-install. We have had the team back several times over the past 18 months to assist with updates and changes to plantings we decided didn’t meet our satisfaction, updating some plant and/or pot positions and some pot additions we decided on. Ryan and his team have always been respectful and careful when in and around your home and polite and helpful in navigating any garden install challenges that arose during the process. We have no hesitate in continuing to use Ivory Garden for future updates and any garden design and install projects we have coming up in the future.
