Our project involved a new pool and extended decking around our house. From the first consultation to the handover, Nick and his team were brilliant all the way through delivering on design and build quality, budget and timing. My wife and I had been thinking about having a pool for some time. However, we knew how difficult it was to have a pool built in an established garden with existing infrastructure on and under the ground, let alone being inside a heritage conservation area with very restrictive development rules. The thoughts of going through the whole DA process and finding a reliable team to execute the build plus restoring the garden afterwards had kept us from moving that first step forward. For months we were looking for that one-stop shop that would do it all. When we saw our neighbor with, in our opinion, the best garden on the street had hired Urban Escape to improve their pool and garden even further, we quickly gave Nick a call. The rest was history. Urban Escape did it all for us. We now have a fantastic pool and our garden is looking better than ever. The pool and landscape plans from Urban Escape had blended the pool into the garden as if it was there originally. That’s another reason we pursued a one-stop shop. The building process was well organized and coordinated. Working from home had allowed me to witness the exceptional workmanship these guys carried. The attention to detail was truly second to none.
