Peter at the shop was very helpful and helped me found the right nipple adapter for my hose. Also one Asian bloke with curly hair from the security helped me identify the items I have missed for self scanning checks. Recommend Bunnings for everyone.

Big thank you to Abbey at Bunnings Rydalmere today who was so kind and helpful. She really did go over and above to help. I was so grateful to get everything I needed and when I thanked her she said, "no problem at all, that's my job". This is why Bunnings is great, people like Abbey caring for their customers and keeping good customer service alive. Again, big thank you! 😁 P.S. to management: Abbey deserves a pay rise

This is a commendation for Kyle at Bunnings Rydalmere. Unfortunately, customer service at this store leaves much to be desired and I can honestly say from over 20 visits at least, maybe three team members were helpful and showed a high standard of customer service. One of those three was Kyle who was over and above the best, most professional and most delightful to deal with. When I arrived at the store, one of Kyle’s colleagues tried to find him since apparently Kyle had a certain expertise in what I was looking for. I waited for several minutes and suddenly I see Kyle approaching with a speedy gait and a beaming smile!! He immediately apologised for keeping me waiting & asked how he can be of assistance. Super impressive!! We walked over to the relevant aisle at which the product resided and Kyle proceeded to give me information & optional differences on the products I needed. Throughout the interaction he was very collaborative and tried to get as much information as possible so that he could recommend the right product. Eventually, I made my decision based on the key features Kyle mentioned. As I thanked Kyle extensively for his time and effort and was about to leave, he told me it was his pleasure to assist and asked whether I had everything I needed or if there was anything else he could help me with. As there wasn’t, we said our goodbyes. From the beginning of that interaction to the very end, Kyle was engaged, focused, polite, respectful and friendly; the smile never leaving his face. Whenever I post these types of reviews I always mention how fortunate these huge companies are (such as Bunnings) to have found such perfect gems in staff like Kyle!!!

It is not just about the products, it’s the helpful staff that brings me here every time. The guidance you get here before buying something is immensely helpful. Shoutout to Danielle (lovely lady from the Tools section) who helped me with hammer drill queries very patiently and suggested different options based on the use case. Staff like this is what makes this place amazing !!! 😃
