We arrived and parked in front of the mix we needed (as we did last time we went). The employee had his machine on and kept saying "park up" once asked "where do you need me to park?" "Park up, it's simple instructions" was the response of said employee. The employee then walked inside and once he was confronted by us saying that his behaviour was quite rude seeing we were told there to park there last time. A different employee who takes the payments with glasses confirmed that we were told to park there. The employee that was rude didn't have the customer service skills to apologise for his behaviour nor the decency to do so. Wouldn't recommend. There is no customer service, no accountability and no employee willing to acknowledge their incompetence. Such a shame for a local, well known business. However if you need soil, Go to Waratah! They are amazing.

Absolutely horrible people to deal with. Rude and arrogant driver. I great him nicely when he arrived asked him if he can dump the load at two separate spots which he very easily done later on but started yelling at first said it can’t be just dumped wherever you like. I asked him whats the best way he can keep it closer to the left side he started yelling again I asked him could you please stop yelling like that it’s a quiet neighbourhood he responded don’t tell me to stop yelling?? his attitude kept getting worse. Not only that the recycled aggregate I ordered looked like roadbase looks like they ran out of product and tricked me. When I called to question I got sent completely different product he said every batch is different and that is recycled aggregate. Understand it can look a little different but it surely wouldn’t look like a completely different product. As soon as I complained about the truck drivers attitude he said i very well know him his not like that at all kept defending him and didn’t want to listen. I’ve ordered 2 times before they tipped material same place requested this time he didn’t want to do it but was able to later on I even kept saying it’s ok if you can’t just drop it where you can but he had the same grumpy face with an attitude and was rough with the truck on my driveway. Almost damaged the house wall twice. Never dealing with them again. Pictures of same product. Recycled aggregate. What a rip off.

Absolutely brilliant! Ordered online on Sunday night and first thing on Tuesday morning we had our rocks delivered. The gentleman delivering was great, kind, friendly and took the time to explain where the best place to put the rocks for us to landscape would go. Took his time pouring them out as not to upset our neighbours grass. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent product and amazing service. I ordered 5 tonnes of Garden Mix. The soil was amazing, fluffy, smooth and no impurities just soil. The service is even better delivering the same day. All the staff in the office were very helpful and professional and all the drivers who delivered were skilled, professional, helpful and kind. I have always found their prices very competitive and would highly recommend them.

I bought 4 tonnes of garden soil it completely rubbish ...not single time my vegetable grow ...when check soil look like white mould inside after 3 months..bunnings recommended me liquid fertiliser because they think it's bad lot of soil .after use liqud fertilisersame issue ..not recommended..very frustrating
