I can thoroughly recommend Carl,John and the team from Precision Building. They were hard working and very helpful with decisions that needed to be made for the drainage problem that I had. They left a clean work site and have excellent work ethics. I will be happy to welcome them back when I need a builder.

I contacted John after a recommendation from my sister, as we wanted to check our piers and drainage before beginning renovations to our new (older) house. He was so polite and thorough, getting under the house to inspect and also walking the entire block before giving recommendations. He explained things simply so I could take notes as my partner was at work and was more than happy for him to call if he had any questions based on my scribble. John also gave us suggestions for small things we could do ourselves as well as professional work, which was refreshing to see. Thankfully our piers were in good condition because we have had to switch reno priorities (new roof / garage - due to council storm drain flood) but based on the interaction we had and the fantastic new piers and concrete drainage work ive seen at my sisters i wouldnt hesitate to recommend John and his crew and will be getting back in touch when we need anything.

Amazing work from an amazing team. John, Carl, Nathan and the others were so helpful and did such a great job. I have an older house that required drainage and all 34 piers replaced with some levelling. The work was done within a set timeframe and without issues. John was there every step of the way and Nathan kept me updated on when they would be there and what was happening. I am very grateful and trust the team completely. They were all lovely and very respectful and did extremely hard work without ever complaining and supported me with very helpful advice in a few other non-related issues that popped up while they were there. I have friends and family members who I have recommended the team to already and they are all also very happy with the advice and work provided. I am already lining them up for future work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a team who does quality work and who you can trust.

We couldn't be happier with the renovation work completed at our home. The Precision Building team handled a comprehensive job including excavation, wall bitumen protection, drainage pipes relining, new retaining walls, and a new concrete slab and pathway. The quality of workmanship throughout the entire project was vastly impressive. We were informed about every step of the way, and the team answered all our questions in a very professional manner. Where before I was worried about every heavy rain in our area because of leakage problems in the garage and first floor, now I have complete peace of mind (and I'm actually waiting for the next heavy rain to test the system :)) I highly recommend Precision Building for any renovation or construction work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, we're already planning another project with them!

I was in need of a drainage solution to deal with surface water running along my home's piers. From the initial meeting to the final inspection, I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail shown by John and the entire crew.
