Colon Care Centre — Irrigation in Surry Hills, NSW

Not a whole lot of “care”. It was my first time getting colon hydrotherapy and as someone looking for a caring experience through quite a venerable procedure, Sara did not make me feel welcome, it was clear she was going through some personal issues from the tone of the loud phone calls she was taking obviously having a bad day but it came out in the appointment unfortunately. My session only went for 45 mins when I paid for an hour procedure. As it was my first time I was not familiar with protocols nor did she bother carefully explaining them leaving me feeling humiliated in moments and confused as to what I was supposed to be doing or expect. The whole time I felt like she was just trying to get the session over with. When I went to pay she did not ask me how i felt after the session but rather in an annoyed tone blankly said I looked really upset. Disappointing.

She is terrible . Put the very think tube inside . And so rude . I scramed told her to stop . She didn’t . After all the treatment. I went to toilet . I found out I was bleeding shown on the tissue . I told her I have bleeding problem. She said I push to go to toilet too much . Don’t go there . Bad environment and not professional service . ☺️

Such friendly, helpful staff! Was my first colonic ever and Lindy did a great job making me feel comfortable and talking me thru the process with her gentle nature and great abdominal massage. I feel lighter and cleaner! Will definitely return. Thanks team!

I was here a few years ago, so I don't know if things have improved. But base on what I have experienced. I do not recommend it. The place felt dirty and the therapist was not at all friendly, and she actually caused me sharp pain at one point during the procedure. It's like she either hated her job, or that she was annoyed that I was there. She didn't care to explain to me about the process, or informed me the issues she later claimed I had. She only mentioned it when the receptionist told me I don't need to come back. And she wanted me to come back. I was never going to come back. The whole experience was traumatic, even though the receptionist was nice.
