I went in today with garden irrigation issues and I was so happy with the professional friendly service I was provided. They gave amazing advice and provided me with exactly what I needed to fix the issues I had with my system. Thanks guys you’re worth more money!!

Service was great. Friendly & knowledgeable young lady behind the trade section, Katerina, helped me out today. Definitely on the pricier side of things… Katerina’s knowledge seemingly backed by her experience did somewhat make up for the outrageous price point, super helpful. It’s a shame they don’t offer a price match with competitors to the public either as most construction retailers do, something to think about. Would be worth considering Reece if you are a novice and need advice more so than if you’re looking for a deal. Thanks Katerina and Reece Waterloo for the help today.

I had the great pleasure to be served by Chris today. Chris took the time to listen and understand what my issue was, and to identify potential solutions. Nothing was a problem for him and we ultimately arrived at an affordable and practical solution whihc totally worked. I have nothing but the highest praise for Chris and his interaction with me which was non-judgemental, friendly, and totally professional. Keep up the great work Chris. You are a legend!

Just went to Reece Irrigation at Waterloo for my daughter. First up I was over charged for 4 items @ a cost of $95. Then I went back in to question the price of sprayers @ $21.64, as my daughter had purchased the same sprayers elsewhere @ $12.50. They wouldn't price match, so I wanted to return them. The assistant then offered to take $5 off each one which came to another refund of $58. What an absolute rip off this place is. Shop around before going to Reece. I will never be back

I have not used Reece Plumbing but if all their staff are as inconsiderate as this I don't think I ever will.
