Steve and his offsider came out to quote our job request and we’re very polite and said they’d email our quote and we waited and waited and I phoned a few times and always told we’d get the promised quote!!!! STILL WAITING FOR AND EXPLANATION!! No quote and no explanation perhaps our job was too small or perhaps they thought it too difficult… we’ll never know because they are too rude to respond to phone calls and emails. I’m glad business is going well for them that my job didn’t matter

Trying to call Hawkesbury irrigation was frustrating. Going in person was a much better form of communication. 5 star service over the counter then I realised the type of phone system is at fault that the staff have to operate with. Need a better system for handling phone calls that’s user friendly for clients & staff
