Bought a 52 inch Gravely. Spent over 10K. Good price in Black Friday sale. Service was appalling. Paid cash and went to get my trailer, no mention of pick up area out back. No space to turn my trailer around at front of shop. No overview of my mower, no walk through no nothing! Busy sale day I know but make sure you have adequate staffing!!! Subsequently the manager of the store contacted me, apologised and offered free servicing. Happy to go back for sure when management clearly care!!!

I didn't go here much to buy parts or equipment for my mowing business when I started. Once I went there and started buying equipment and getting my equipment serviced here, I've never gone anywhere else. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great range of Stihl equipment, and the turnaround for repairs is very good. They are very good at notifying you when your repair is ready to be picked up or when the parts you ordered have come in.

100% service! After calling many places to order a ZT XL60, Acacia Mower Centre exceeded my expectations in service. From the Receptionist politely handling the initial enquiry, to the Manager providing the Cheapest Price quoted over the phone, to making the Order midday Friday from Melbourne to Brisbane. I got exciting call Monday 2days before Christmas "your new mower is assembled and ready to collect" Now that's Service!!! 👌 Thank you Team Merry Christmas and Happy New year!
