He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and kept me updated throughout, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. On a practical note, Ben and his team showed up on time, our garden/yard was left clean and tidy at the end of every day, and they were friendly and professional throughout. What really sets Ben apart is his expert knowledge of plants and soil. He clearly understands what will thrive in different conditions and gave thoughtful advice tailored to my garden, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I love all of these 5 star reviews. These guys completely ghosted us in 2024. They came and did initial work with a view to "bringing the garden back into scope" (their words) to allow ongoing maintenance. Their quote for this was substantial and without any itemising whatsoever. When I requested some itemisation of the quote there was no reply so I then accepted the quote in good faith. The work was completed and done well. The gardener returned to plant a shrub a couple weeks later that was not available at the time. Then ...... nothing. I emailed unsuccessfully and later called and wrote a text message. Initially there was no reply then a reply several days later out of the blue indicating that they would be here before Christmas. That was the last I ever heard from them (now March 2025). Good luck all.

Ben and his team recently attended to our very expansive garden in Hamilton, pruning and tidying everything up after it had been left to grow wild. Ben's horticultural knowledge is top class and his profound care shines through with his work.
