The customer support is extremely poor and rude. The respect for previous clients who have completed their payments in time is almost none. Unfortunately the team on the ground gets penalised for the poor work of the admin team. A great customer experience until you actually need to speak to someone who works at the desk. And if something goes wrong don’t expect them to be sympathetic.

Awesome crew yesterday lead by Oscar & Jackson. The boys worked hard in the heat to prune 40ft bamboo to a manageable height,removable of huge traveller's palm,pruned a Bay tree and a Coastal hibiscus so they will become more bushy instead of too tall. As a gardener lover they took care not to damage any garden beds and looked after my 65 year frangipani. You are were the A Team! Thankyou so much for your excellent work which included the removal and tidy up afterwards. Very professional.

The team were very good and got through cutting down quite a lot of trees and Golden Canes in a timely fashion. They then followed up with the stump grinding and now I’m ready to replant with more suitable plants

The Boys from BTE did an awesome job removing the Fig Tree in the backyard. Pricing was spot on, work done was excellent, I can highly recommend BTE to do the work you need done.
