As a seller, we just literally had Alwin come through and do the building and pest inspection. He is literally a champion. Most people in this day and age don’t have the time of day for you - I didn’t expect to have such a good solid chat with him. With so much going on in life and with the sale of the house, he was confirming everything that we are doing, choice of agent, what we have done with our current house and our plans for the next house. I didn’t know I needed to hear that - but it was greatly appreciated. If your are looking for someone to go above and beyond - Alwin’s your man!

Could not recommend this group more, especially Sasha and Alwin! Sasha was incredibly prompt and fantastic working with REA's to confirm times that worked for all parties and answered all questions I had at any time of time of day. Then onto Alwin, could not ask for a better bloke to inspect a house for you. Having done the house we were selling, and 2 prospect houses, Alwin took the time to answer all of our questions and any concerns with a smile that never felt like you were bothering him. Also provided incredibly detailed reports that saved us from possible costly bathroom reno. Great service all round, thank you both!

Alwin was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. On-site during the building and pest inspection, Alwin showed and explained to me all of his concern areas, and provided some very appreciated recommendations for remediation. The amazing part came a few hours later when the written report arrived by email. The written report was extremely detailed, over 100 pages with photos of everything, every tap running, every appliance turned on, manufacture date plate of hot water heater and more. I was very impressed. Makes it so much easier to remind myself what I'm buying. Many thanks Alwin and Sasha, much appreciated.
